The petitioner approached this Court on account of inaction on the part of the revenue officials to take appropriate step based on Ext.P2.
2.
By Ext.P2, the Revenue Divisional Officer directed the Tahsildar to evict illegal occupants of the 'sarkar puramboke'. 3.
This Court is of the view that the third respondent shall ensure that Ext.P2 order is implemented in letter and spirit invoking power under the Land Conservancy Act within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment after issuing notice to all encroachers unless the Tahsildar is interdicted by any order of the competent court or higher authorities. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
