JUDGMENT

The regular permit granted to the petitioner is the subject matter of a revision petition pending with the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. It is however noticed that the Tribunal has not hitherto passed any order of interdict. Therefore nothing disables the respondent from convening the timing conference pursuant to which only the regular permit can be issued.

The petitioner has filed Ext. P2 representation suggesting a timing which shall also be considered in the timing conference. The timing conference shall be convened without any further delay. Needless to say that all the operators in the route shall be put on notice in the exercise.

The writ petition is disposed of.
