JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 appeal filed against Ext.P1 order. The petitioner is permitted to file a supplementary appeal in the proper form within a period of two weeks. 2.

The appeal and supplementary appeal shall be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within six weeks. The petitioner as well as the applicant shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
