JUDGMENT

This writ petition is regarding non-payment of bill amounts to the Security Guards.

2.

It is to be noted that the petitioner has similar grievance in W.P(C) No.13299/2014 and this Court directed the respondents to pay the amount for the period covered by the agreement as well during the extended period.

In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to make regular payment based on Exts.P1 and P2 and continue to pay the same till the contract period is over. The arrears shall be paid within one month.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
