JUDGMENT

The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext.P2 application for reissue of temporary permit. The validity of Ext.P1 temporary permit issued to the petitioner expires today.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application with notice to the petitioner within two weeks. The petitioner shall be permitted to operate service as before till orders are passed on Ext.P2 application as directed above.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
