J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application for issuance to a fresh certificate of registration. The Government Pleader points out that there is tax arrears in respect of the vehicle which has to be cleared.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 application in accordance with law with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent (hirer). The same shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
