J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has been selected for award of the work as per Ext.P2. The petitioner has been directed to furnish security deposit. The petitioner submits that he is entitled for more amount from the same department as per Ext.P1 certificate. Therefore this Court is of the view that the amount payable by the petitioner for the work awarded as per Ext.P2 shall be adjusted from the amount due to the petitioner as per Ext.P1. In view of the above the time for execute agreement is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
