JUDGMENT

Alleging the lack of appropriate investigation in Crime No. 2481/2015 of the Traffic Police Station, Kollam, the petitioner, who is the accused in the case has approached this Court through this writ petition.

2. According to the petitioner, while he was in the ICU, his father had preferred Ext.P1 complaint before the District Police Chief, Kollam. The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 304(A) of IPC. It seems that, the motor bike being ridden by the petitioner as well as the motor bike being ridden by the deceased had involved in the incident.

3. Presently, the matter is being investigated. In the investigation, the Investigating Officer shall take in to consideration the complaint preferred by the father of the petitioner also, in case the averments are correct. It

W.P(C).No.32132 of 2015 is for the Investigating Officer to verify it. With the said observations, the writ petition is closed.
