J U D G M E N T

------------------------- The petitioner highlights anomalies in Kerala School Kalolsavam Manual has approached the Director of Public Instructions (DPI) as per Ext.P1. The petitioner submits stipulation in the manual restricts maximum participation of students in the higher level of competitions. The petitioner highlights various anomalies in Ext.P2.

This Court is of the view that Ext.P2 requires urgent attention of the DPI as School Kalolsavam will commence from the month of November. Therefore, appropriate decision shall be taken by the DPI after adverting to Ext.P2 and also the writ petition before the commencement of Kalolsavam. The petitioner shall produce the copy of the writ petition along with the judgment before the DPI for compliance. An opportunity of hearing shall also be afforded to the petitioner. The writ petition is dispose of as above.
