JUDGMENT

The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of Ext. P2 joint application for transfer of ownership and permit. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the matter has been included in the agenda of the meeting scheduled on 12.11.2015. 2.

Every endeavour shall be made by the first respondent to pass final orders on Ext. P2 joint application on 12.11.2015 itself. The proceedings shall at any rate be taken to a logical end by the end of November, 2015.

The writ petition is disposed of.
