JUDGMENT

The parties are at variance as to whether the petitioner could adhere to Ext.P1 timings to operate service on the route. The Government Pleader points out that the timings have since been revised by proceedings dated 16.1.2008. The petitioner on the other hand maintains that he has not been operating service on that date.

2.

I need not delve deep into the establishments since it is the first respondent who has to bestow his attention on Ext.P2 representation pending with the second respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
