J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P3 application filed for replacement of the existing vehicle operating service on the route.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with due advertance to Ext.P4 judgment in W.P.(C) No.5509/2014 within a period of three weeks. the same shall be done with notice to the petitioner. The fact that the vehicle used for replacement is a leased one does not matter as held in Ext.P4 judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
