On 3.12.2014 this Court observed that the matter requires to be heard whether order for investigation as sought by the petitioner can be made now when the police has already submitted final report in the crime, and that the petitioner will have to think of the remedy available to him under the Code of Criminal Procedure for further investigation or otherwise. Now there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner does not want to prosecute the matter in view of the observations earlier made by the court. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. P.UBAID JUDGE ab
