JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are factual mistakes in the pleadings in the writ petition. Accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, without prejudice to her rights to prefer a fresh writ petition, after correcting the mistakes. Permission granted and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to move a fresh writ petition.
