JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed Ext.P3 application for substituted temporary permit. The petitioner wants to ply the bus on the route operated by one Mr K.K.Krishnan Nair. The petitioner states that all the legal heirs of the said K.K.Krishnan Nair have no objection.
2.
I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application for temporary permit within three weeks. The petitioner as well as the legal heirs of Mr K.K.Krishnan Nair shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
3.
It is made clear that the temporary permit if any issued will be subject to the preferential claim of the legal heirs of the original permit holder.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
