JUDGMENT
The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of Ext. P2 application for replacement of the vehicle. The Government Pleader points out that clearance certificate in respect of the earlier vehicle was issued long back. Reliance is placed on Usman v. Regional Transport Authority [2015 (4) KLT 25] and the judgment in W.A. No. 2175/2015. All these are matters to be dealt with by the respondent while considering Ext. P2 application.
2.
I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 application with notice to the petitioner in the light of the law laid down by this Court. The same shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
