JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who was working as Assistant Project Coordinator under the Kerala State Literacy Mission, has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to implement Ext.P8 issued by the 3rd respondent and also seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P6 order of transfer and give him a posting in Kottayam District.

Ext.P6 order of transfer was issued on 9.10.2009. Though this Writ Petition was filed on 16.12.2009, the petitioner could not obtain any interim order staying the order of transfer. In such circumstances, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition is closed, leaving open all the contentions raised by the petitioner.
