JUDGMENT

1. The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 40 C 5056, applied for temporary permit on the route KottayamThodupuzha in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 5/J 7812 by Ext.P2. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No. 40 C 5056 on the route Kottayam - Thodupuzha in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL 5/J 7812.

2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL 5/J 7812 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy and considering the necessity due to Sabarimala season, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of 4 months' duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment

W.P.(C)No.32590 of 2014 -:2:- by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to a preferential claim, if any.

Writ petition disposed of as above.
