JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. By this petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate and effective protection to the petitioners and their property from the 4th respondent and to consider Ext.P2. Ext.P2 is a complaint where the petitioners' claim to be owners and in possession of 6.40 Ares of property having Survey No.255/37, 255/38 and 255/36 of Neyyattinkara Village, Thiruvananthapuram. The petitioner has also referred to RSA No.1066 of 2003 which is said to be dismissed on 28.07.2015. The complaint Ext.P2 does not disclose any incident or any offence on which police authorities have to be directed to take any measures.

3. We are of the view that in the event any offence is committed or there is attempt to commit offence, it shall be
