JUDGMENT

The delay in publishing the final result of the BBA Course has been explained in Para 7 of the statement filed by respondent No. 1 to 4 as follows:- "7.

The University is taking utmost endeavour to conduct the project evaluation of off campus overseas students within the time frame provided by the Hon'ble court. However, the University is compelled to wait till the above date to publish the results of other students which has been completed. In the above circumstances it is humbly submitted that the Hon'ble court may kindly allow the University to publish the results of students (Off Campus) excluding the results of overseas students."

Interest of justice would be met by directing the first respondent to publish the result of students (Off Campus) excluding the result of the overseas students. The same shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The

W.P.(C). NO. 32409 OF 2015 2 petitioner is also granted a period of two months to produce the qualifying certificate of the BBA Course and he shall be provisionally admitted to the MBA Course if admission is secured.

The writ petition is disposed of.
