JUDGMENT

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent as well as the Senior Government Pleader for the first respondent.

Ext. P3 order granting Ext. P4 temporary permit itself states as follows:- "I, Secretary, RTA Muvattupuzha hereby grant and issue a temporary permit of four months duration to stage carriage KL 09 L 182 valid from 20.10.2015 to 19.02.2016 to operate on the above route with the following proposed timings submitted by the applicant provided that those who have any objections shall file their objection in writing before the Secretary, RTA, Muvattupuzha within 10 days from the date of this proceedings."

The petitioner has filed Ext. P5 objection as permitted in Ext. P3 order as regards the timings. The first respondent shall consider Ext. P5 objection at the time of settlement of timings. The meeting for that purpose shall be convened within a period of three weeks from today.

Needless to say that the petitioner, the second respondent and other operators on the route shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. The timings shall be settled for service on the route without any delay whatsoever.

The writ petition is disposed of.
