JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with delay in the reference of a dispute raised by the petitioner herein. As per the direction of this Court, failure report in pursuance to the conciliation was sent by the 2nd respondent as per Ext.P5, as early as on 06.05.2014. However, the date shown in Ext.P5 is not clear since it is handwritten as 28.08.2014.

In any event, if the same has been received by the 3rd respondent, the Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment shall consider the issue at any rate within a period of 'three months' from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment and issue resultant communication to the petitioner.
