JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging inclusion of the land lying in Survey No.813/1 of Mudavoor Village, Ernakulam District, in the land identified under Zero Landless Project.

2. According to the petitioner, the land referred as above is a private land and it is not a Government land.

3. This Court is of the view that the District Collector shall cause an enquiry through the Tahsildar to identify the property claimed by the petitioner. This shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till a final decision is taken in this matter, status quo shall be maintained. Needless to say, the petitioner shall be heard in this matter.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
