JUDGMENT

The petitioner is working as the office attendant in the 4th respondent School from 2007 onwards. The petitioner submits that she is entitled for promotion to the next arising vacancy in H.S.A. (English) in the 4th respondent School. The petitioner applied for the post of H.S.A. (English) on account of the retirement vacancy of Smt.M.Narayani. The petitioner submits that overlooking the claim, the appointment was given to the 6th respondent. The petitioner has disputed the qualification of the 6th respondent. The petitioner raised his complaint before the District Educational Officer by way of Ext.P7.

In view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P7 representation after

W.P.(C) No.32687 of 2014 2 hearing the petitioner, the Manager of the School and the 6th respondent within a period of two months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
