J U D G M E N T

The petitioner was appointed as a Standing Counsel for the respondent to conduct case before this Court. The petitioner had appeared in several cases. The fees due to the petitioner remain unpaid. Accordingly, the petitioner approached this Court. 2.

The petitioner has given the details of the bill in Ext.P2 communication issued to the Secretary of Corporation. 3.

This Court is of the view that the respondent shall settle the bill after verifying the same within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
