J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the Additional Tahsildar for effecting transfer of registry based on Ext.P1 assignment. It was responded as per Ext.P5 stating that the property claimed by the petitioner stands in the Sarkar Puramboke.

This Court is of the view that the Tahsildar shall identify the property covered by Ext.P1 patta and shall effect mutation after adjudication of the property. Needful shall be done after hearing the petitioner as well as the 5th respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
