JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner prays is for easy installments to pay the amount due under Ext.P1 proceedings to the Employees Provident Fund Organization. I am inclined to grant a breathing time to the petitioner to pay the dues taking note of the precarious financial condition in which it is placed. 2.

The amount due under Ext.P1 proceedings shall be paid by the petitioner to the second respondent in 12 equal monthly installments starting from 30.11.2015. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P3 order shall be put on hold if the amount due with applicable interest is remitted as per the installment fixed. The coercive steps can continue if the petitioner commits any one default in the payment of installments as directed above. The writ petition is disposed of.
