JUDGMENT
The petitioner had challenged her expulsion from a graduate course for reason of the petitioner having not satisfied the eligibility, for reason of the University having not granted any equivalency to the qualification obtained by her.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the University submits that, later the petitioner was permitted to continue the course and was issued with the Degree certificate.
In the above circumstance, nothing survives in the writ petition and the writ petition would stand dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- K.Vinod Chandran Judge.
