J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 application for regular permit put in by the petitioner is pending consideration. The petitioner relies on Ext.P2 resolution as well as Exts.P2(a) and P2(b) representations to establish the need for service. The petitioner has in the meanwhile filed Ext.P3 application for temporary permit. 2.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner within two weeks. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
