JUDGMENT

Petitioner is aggrieved with the timing conference scheduled as against the second respondent. The second respondent's timings were settled as per Ext.P1 dated 19.6.2014. Subsequently, it is stated that, aggrieved by the said settlement of timings, request for revision was made on 7.8.2014 and this Court was approached seeking consideration of the same. This Court passed Ext.P3, where the same was directed to be considered. Petitioner's contention is that, his objection, also may be considered. In such circumstances, the petitioner's objection shall be considered, when considering the third respondent's timings, scheduled as per Ext.P3 judgment. Writ petition is disposed off.

K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
