J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached for a copy of purchase certificate pursuant to SM proceedings 1783/78 on the file of the Alathur Land Tribunal.

This was responded by Ext.P2 stating that though there is an order in the file it is not seen that the original patta has been issued.

This Court is of the view that if the original patta is not issued pursuant to directions in the order in S.M, the original patta shall be issued. The necessary action shall be taken to issue original patta or duplicate patta within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
