The petitioner alleging encroachment of the Government land by the first respondent has approached the 2nd respondent. Ext.P1 is the representation.

2.

The petitioner submits that in spite of many similar representation made before the revenue authorities no action has been taken. They were constrained to approach the 2nd respondent.

3.

This Court is of the view that if the petitioner approaches the Revenue Divisional Officer, appropriate decision shall be taken by the RDO within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner as well as the first respondent. If any encroachment is found out, necessarily action shall be taken to remove the encroachment, following the procedure under the Land Conservancy Act without any delay. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
