JUDGMENT
This writ petition was filed seeking direction to restore electric supply to the premises of the petitioner. When the matter came up for consideration on 13.12.2010, this Court passed an interim order as follows:
"Admit. Issue notice to respondents.
The learned Standing Counsel on instruction, submitted that the petitioner could be given re-connection to the premises bearing door No.KP-1/120 F, provided the petitioner satisfies all the conditions contemplated under regulation 14(4)(b) of the KSEB Terms and Conditions of supply, 2005 (for short the 'Code'). Therefore, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to grant re-connection, in case, the petitioner complies with all the conditions and formalities under regulation 14(4)(b) of the Code. This shall be done within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to the satisfaction of the conditions and formalities under 14(4)(b) of the Code."
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that consequent to the interim order the electric supply was restored, on the petitioner satisfying all the requisite conditions.
W.P.(C) No. 36622 /2010 Therefore the grievance no more survives for consideration at present.
