JUDGMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The Investigating Officer had earlier reported that the petitioner was not co-operating with the investigation in the matter. Presently, a report has been filed stating that on four days, the Sub Inspector of Police, Vellathooval had gone to the house of the petitioner and on those four occasions, she was not present at the house and therefore, he could not question the complainant. The said statement of the Investigating Officer can only be taken with a pinch of salt. Let the investigation be taken up by the Circle Inspector of Police, Adimaly and continue with the investigation. In case of any further complaints, the petitioner is at liberty

W.P.(C) No. 32885 of 2015 to approach this Court again.

With the said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
