JUDGMENT
Ext. P1 application for regular permit put in by the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has in the meanwhile filed Ext. P3 application for temporary permit. 2.
The petitioner relies on Ext. P4 representation filed by the President of the Panchayat and Ext. P5 representation filed by the Member of the Legislative Assembly. Reliance is so placed to show that there is a temporary need for service.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
