JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed Ext. P6 application supported by Ext. P7 application for stay under Rule 176 of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969. The petitioner seeks to rescind Ext. P4 resolution of the second respondent bank whereunder he was placed under suspension for six months. The petitioner asserts that the move is politically motivated and seeks an early consideration of Exts. P6 and P7 applications.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts. P6 and P7 applications with notice to the petitioner and the third respondent Secretary. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of.
