JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the loan to the second respondent bank and to defer the coercive steps in the meanwhile. The petitioner submits that she had already remitted a sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) pursuant to the interim order in this Writ Petition. 2.

I permit the petitioner to pay the balance amount due in five equal monthly instalments starting from 02.02.2015. The coercive steps pursuant to Ext.P1 notice shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of the any one of the instalments as directed. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
