Dated this the 1st day of December, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, had approached this Court through the present writ petition aggrieved by the steps taken by the respondent bank for recovery of defaulted loan amounts. It is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent bank, relying on the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents 4 and 5, that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had approached the 5th respondent with a proposal for one time settlement, which was accepted by the respondents, and the petitioner has since paid the amount as agreed upon namely, Rs.2,35,000/-.It is submitted that what remains to be paid by the petitioner is an amount of approximately Rs.

3000/- to respondents 1 to 3 by way of collection charges. Taking note of the said submission of counsel for the respondent bank, I close this writ petition by recording the factum of settlement of the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and directing the petitioner to pay the amount of approximately Rs.3000/- (to be quantified and intimated to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent within one week from today) to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of the intimation from the 2nd respondent.
