JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks the benefit of notional fixation in the intermediate grade-selection grade and special grade. The petitioner relies on Ext.P3 Government Order and Ext.P4 circular. Heavy reliance is also placed on Ext.P7 judgment reported in 2002 (1) KLT 157 (Kamaladevi vs. KSFE).

The petitioner has in this regard submitted Exts.P11 and P12 representations. The same are pending consideration with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exts.P11 and P12 representations within two months. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner and with due advertence to Exts.P3 order, P4 circular and P7 judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
