Crl.M.A.No.9685 of 2011 This application for condonation of delay was allowed on condition that the petitioner pays ₹1000/- to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from 28.05.2012. There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for consideration on 24.2.2015 and thereafter, on 27.2.2015. The direction in the order dated 28.05.2012 has not so far been complied with. In the result, this application is dismissed.
