J U D G M E N T

The petitioner's grievance is that Ext.P5 representation dated 18.09.2015 has not been considered till date by the 1st respondent.

Considering the confined prayer made, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing, within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this judgment.
