JUDGMENT

The petitioner alleges that amounts due to several financial institutions have already been collected by the respondents. But the respondents instead of forwarding the same to the financial institutions have retained the remittances. This has resulted in coercive steps against the petitioner forcing him to move the second respondent by Ext.P7 representation.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P7 representation with notice to the petitioner and the other financial institutions. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. The respondents shall see to it that amounts if any collected from the petitioner remaining unpaid to the various financial institutions shall be paid without delay.
