JUDGMENT

The variation of regular permit though granted is yet to be issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P2 representation.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P2 representation and issue the granted permit. The timing conference shall be convened for the purpose with notice to the operators. The proceedings shall be taken to a logical end within a period of one month.

The writ petition is disposed of.
