JUDGMENT

Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.

This matter stands remitted along with a bunch, by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner says that this matter has become infructuous. Hence we dismiss this writ petition as infructuous on the basis of the submission on behalf of the writ petitioner, without prejudice to contentions in any other matters pending at the instance of any other litigant.
