JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks regularisation in service with retrospective effect. The petitioner relies on Exts.P3, P4 and P5 judgments for this purpose. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P6 representation with the second respondent.

I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation with notice to the petitioner. The same shall be done with due advertence to Exts.P3, P4 and P5 judgments within two months.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
