JUDGMENT

Ext.P1 application for regular permit put in by the petitioner is pending consideration. Ext.P2 route enquiry report has been filed in the said proceedings. The petitioner has in the meanwhile submitted Ext.P3 application for temporary permit.

I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner within two weeks. Ext.P2 route enquiry report shall be adverted to in the exercise.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
