JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the Manager's revision, produced at Ext.P4, has not been considered till date. The revision is with respect to the approval of the petitioner's appointment.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Office of the 3rd respondent was not able to trace out the revision as such.

In such circumstance, the petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with the Exhibits before the Government and the Government shall consider the revision produced at Ext.P4 within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition. The petitioner and the Manager and if

W.P(C). No.33404 of 2015 there is any other affected party, shall be heard. It is made clear that, this Court has not made any observation on merits, which the first respondent will consider in accordance with law. The writ petitions are disposed of.
