J U D G M E N T
The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Exts.P2 and P3 representations. The same pertains to the appointment made in the second respondent Co-operative Bank. The petitioner maintains that the appointment is irregular which is refuted by the second respondent Bank.
2. I direct the first respondent to consider Exts.P2 and P3 representations within a period of six weeks. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner, the second respondent Bank and also the appointees.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
