JUDGMENT

The continuance of the temporary connection earlier enjoyed by the petitioner for the construction of M-sand manufacturing unit would depend on the grant of licence by the statutory authorities. The grant of licence is pending consideration before the Single Window Clearance Board pursuant to the judgment of this court in WP(C) No. 29071/2014. Therefore the status quo as on today shall be maintained till the Single Window Clearance Board decides on the entitlement of the petitioner for the licence to construct the M-sand manufacturing unit. The temporary connection for that purpose would be restored to the petitioner only if the Single Window Clearance Board or the Appellate Authority confirms the licence in favour of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
