JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the widow of late Vinod Kumar. He was having a distributorship of LPG based on the contract with the 1st respondent.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to transfer the distributorship to the petitioner.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent submits that they have already directed to the petitioner to produce certain documents as per the communication dated 13/11/2015.

4. In the light of the above, if the petitioner produces necessary documents in the above communication, appropriate decision shall be taken by the 1st respondent.

W.P.(C).No. 33441 of 2015 -2Needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the entire documents from the petitioner. Till a decision is taken by the 1st respondent, the interim arrangement made by the 1st respondent will continue. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is found eligible, the dealership shall be granted to the petitioner in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
